Born to Protect

The history of AXA Assistance’s growth tallies with changing economic and social trends.

AXA Assistance Hong Kong was established in 1992 as the forth assistance company in Asia Pacific region. With a 24 hours, 365 days alarm centre, we design tailor-made, efficient and cost effective assistance programs to match any need or requirement of our clients within Hong Kong all year round over 20 years. As Hong Kong is a multi-cultural city, our languages capabilities are Cantonese, English and Mandarin.

With access to Group proprietary network of 40 Alarm Centres and more than 7,000 correspondents worldwide, AXA Assistance Hong Kong has since demonstrated on occasions its ability to be instantly reactive and efficient in all circumstances, anywhere in the world.
